Is a cabaret double act made up of the talented John Charter and the equally fabulous Tracy Ellis.

John has his beginnings in Rock and roll and jazz and Tracy in cabaret, corporate and theatre and together they present a unique combination of skills.

John Charter - Brings a wealth of talent and expertise, having been a Delltone and spending 2 years as musical director of the iconic TV show Bandstand in the early ‘60’s. Ten years working in the Far East and then the USA. A producer of one of the most ‘MO’ awarded shows, The Fiftys (5 MO’s in a row) and producer and musical director of the award winning shows at the Stepping Out theatre restaurant for 8 years during the ‘90’s added to this, 4 ‘MO’s with his duo Twin Set.

Tracy Ellis - Is the entertainer you book when you want your show to deliver that something a little extra. Her increasing appeal to the corporate sector has taken her talents offshore to destinations from China to America and her dynamic cabaret performances have earned her international recognition as one of Australia’s most sought-after acts. A highlight for Tracy was to perform at the Victory concert celebrating Sydney’s victory to host the Olympic Games for the year 2000. Her performance was met by a standing ovation which these days for Tracy seems to be the rule rather than the exception.

Putting FACE TO FACE together was a natural progression as John and Tracy have worked together over the last 15 years.

ALL THAT CHRISTMAS

Is a Variety show with Christmas music and a host of entertaining segments ideal for ‘Christmas functions’ and ‘Christmas in July’ formats, featuring the zany talents of Liz Taylor and the solid musical entertainment skills of John Charter.

The Concept - is a one-hour, all Christmas show, containing lots of Christmas songs, carols and humorous parodies with a number of dress up characters who take a light-hearted swipe at it all.

John Charter brings a wealth of talent and expertise having been a Delltone (2 Mo Awards) Digger Revell Revue (2 Mo Awards) and also spending 2 years as musical director of TV’s iconic ‘Bandstand’ in the early 60’s. During the ‘80’s, a producer of one of the most MO Awarded shows The Fiftys (5 MO’s in a row) and producer of the award winning shows at the Steppin’ Out theatre restaurant at Penrith for 8 years during to ‘90’s plus 4 Mo Awards with the duo Twin Set. Plus added to this is John’s talent as a multi-instrumentalist being able to play keyboards, sax, trumpet and sing.

Liz Taylor is a multi-talented person in her own right, originally hooking up with John in the early ‘80’s to join The Fiftys and then form the award winning duo Twin Set. Liz continued on to carve out a stellar career as a solo entertainer having won multiple MO Awards and ACE Awards throughout. Liz is the kind of performer who loves what she does and it shows, her impressions of various stars are uncanny and at times downright hilarious. She can sing a beautiful ballad as well as belt out a rock song full tilt. Versatility should be her middle name.

Together - They will have you singing and clapping along to all their tunes and enthral you with their combined talents and versatility, whether it is John doing lightning fast boogie woogie on the keys or playing any one of his many instruments or Liz doing the silliest version of 12 Days of Christmas or rocking the crowd with her Tina Turner impression – you will be entertained.
